The Company collects personal data about business contacts during the course of running our business. The data collected is generally as a result of meeting people during the course of normal business interaction e.g. receiving a business card at a seminar or conference.
Typically, the data collected is the name, company name, email address and contact phone numbers as provided on an individual's business card.
We do not use this data for any purpose other than the use for which it was intended.
Business contact personal data is retained on our systems for as long as we retain a relationship with that business contact. We periodically review such data and delete it where there has been no recent contact.
