Hibernia delivered 1WML in 2017 as a ground-up development and the first building to be delivered in the Windmill Quarter. The building comprises 133,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation, 6,700 sq. ft. townhall & reception space and 35 car parking spaces and has received LEED BD+C Gold and WiredScore Gold certification and the WELL Health Safety Rating. 1WML is multi let to Autodesk, Informatica, Core Media and Pinsent Masons. Along with the adjoining 2WML and the adjacent 1SJRQ, Observatory and 50 City Quay, 1WML forms part of the Windmill Quarter cluster in Dublin's South Docks.
