Hibernia delivered 1WML in 2017 as a ground-up development and the first building to be delivered in the Windmill Quarter. The building comprises 133,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation, 6,700 sq. ft. townhall & reception space and 35 car parking spaces and has received LEED BD+C Gold and WiredScore Gold certification and the WELL Health Safety Rating. 1WML is multi let to Autodesk, Informatica, Core Media and Pinsent Masons. Along with the adjoining 2WML and the adjacent 1SJRQ, Observatory and 50 City Quay, 1WML forms part of the Windmill Quarter cluster in Dublin's South Docks.

1SJRQ

Hibernia delivered 1SJRQ in early 2019 as a ground-up development. The building comprises 112,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation, 7,000 sq. ft. of retail and ancillary space and 31 car parking spaces, and has received LEED BD+C, LEED ID+C and WiredScore Silver certification. The office is fully let to HubSpot. Along with the adjoining Observatory Building and the adjacent 1WML, 2WML and 50 City Quay, 1SJRQ forms part of the Windmill Quarter cluster in Dublin's South Docks and fronts onto the River Liffey.

1 Cumberland Place

1 Cumberland Place is a 1970s building which was brought back to frame and extensively refurbished by Hibernia in 2016. The property comprises 129,000 sq. ft. of office over seven floors in Dublin's traditional core district. Upon completion, 1 Cumberland Place was one of the first in Dublin to receive LEED BD+C Platinum accreditation. It also holds LEED O+M Gold and WiredScore Gold certification and the WELL Health Safety Rating. The property is fully let to Twitter and Travelport.

2 Cumberland Place

Hibernia delivered 2 Cumberland Place as a ground up development in 2021. The property, which comprises 59,000 sq. ft. of offices, is located in front of Hibernia's 1 Cumberland Place property and fronts directly onto Fenian Street in Dublin's traditional core. 2 Cumberland Place has received both LEED BD+C and WiredScore Silver certification and the WELL Health Safety Rating. It is fully let to a range of tenants including 3M, Electroroute, Invesco, Experian and Castlelake Aviation.

Central Quay

Central Quay, which is located in the South Docks area of Dublin's CBD, was acquired by Hibernia in February 2016. The building has been upgraded to improve its energy efficiency, and now has a BER of B and PV panels on the roof. It has a WiredScore Gold certification, and occupiers include DAE (Ireland) Limited and Hines Real Estate Ireland Limited.
