Harcourt Square

Harcourt Square will deliver c. 345,000 sq. ft. of office space across two interconnecting buildings in early 2026, the majority of which is pre-let to KPMG Ireland, in the heart of Dublin’s Georgian district.  There will be a large town hall, collaboration spaces, a wellness/yoga room, a gym, and an innovation hub as well as roof terraces, courtyards and roof gardens.
