Observatory

The Observatory Building was acquired by Hibernia in 2014 and is part of Hibernia's Windmill Quarter cluster of properties which is located in Dublin's South Docks district. The building comprises 85,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation and, along with the adjoining 1SJRQ, fronts directly onto the River Liffey. It is multi-let to tenants including Riot Games, Global Payments and Morgan Stanley.
