Developing clusters of office assets is one of our key strategic pillars (along with ESG excellence). In a predominantly low-rise city such as Dublin, we believe it is key to having sufficient scale in a location to be able to offer our occupiers the facilities, amenities and services they and their staff increasingly expect.
Our first cluster, the Windmill Quarter, has been fully operational since 2019 and we are using our experience there to inform the design and operation of our upcoming clusters at Harcourt Square and Clanwilliam Quarter.
