Hibernia delivered 1SJRQ in early 2019 as a ground-up development. The building comprises 112,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation, 7,000 sq. ft. of retail and ancillary space and 31 car parking spaces, and has received both LEED and WiredScore Platinum certification. The office is fully let to HubSpot. Along with the adjoining Observatory Building and the adjacent 1WML, 2WML and 50 City Quay, 1SJRQ forms part of the Windmill Quarter cluster in Dublin's South Docks and fronts onto the River Liffey.
