Clanwilliam Quarter
Clanwilliam will be our third cluster, delivering over 270,000 sq. ft. of offices across eight stories and cutting edge ESG credentials: it will utilise natural ventilation to maximise energy efficiency. The design, which is based around two central courtyards, will incorporate all our knowledge from operating the Windmill Quarter and will feature a triple height social hub, which will invite creativity, collaboration, and community and will have capacity for audiences of over 500 seated or 1,000 standing. It will also provide a mix of food and beverage services along with wellness and gym space for all potential occupiers. The project is expected to be delivered in 2028.
