Being transparent in everything that we do is important to Hibernia and we are committed to accurately monitoring and measuring our ESG performance and sharing our progress against our 2030 strategy annually.
We respond annually to the GRESB real estate questionnaire and CDP climate change questionnaire. The submissions we make to, and scores we receive from, these benchmarks give stakeholders' external assessments of our performance and progress.
In the 2025 GRESB assessment we received Five Green Stars for the 4th consecutive year for standing investments and increased our scoring for developments assets to 98/100, achieving a Four Green Star rating.
Awarded a score of B for our response to the 2024 Climate Change questionnaire.
