Our diverse talent
We are a team of around 35 people with decades of experience in the Dublin property market. We are a diverse group with a range of skills, expertise and perspectives across all aspects of property, including investment, development, asset management, building management, finance, risk and sustainability. We prioritise a culture of openness and inclusiveness, with high levels of personal responsibility and co-operation between individuals and teams. We look to challenge our staff and encourage them to develop their skills and to be as flexible as possible to enhance their careers. When we have success, such as winning an award, we seek to recognise everyone’s contribution in the celebrations, and informal team events further foster good relationships within the team.
