Sale of New Century House, IFSC, completed

Hibernia REIT plc (“Hibernia”) announces that the sale of New Century House has completed. As per Hibernia’s announcement in July 2018, the property has been sold to a fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate for €65.3m.
