Hibernia appoints Director of Development

Hibernia REIT plc (“Hibernia”) announces the appointment of Mark Pollard as Director of Development.  He will join Hibernia in early May 2016 as a member of the Executive Committee.

Mr Pollard, 59, joins from the National Asset Management Agency (“NAMA”) where he spent six years and was responsible for a number of key development assets in Dublin and London.  Previously he held senior development roles at Treasury Holdings and Asda Property Holdings.  He qualified as a chartered surveyor with Jones Lang Wootton (now JLL) in London.
