W K Nowlan REIT Management Limited appoints CFO

Hibernia REIT plc (“Hibernia”), announces the appointment of Tom Edwards-Moss as Chief Financial Officer of W K Nowlan REIT Management Limited (“WKN REIT Management”), the investment manager of Hibernia, subject to approval by the Central Bank of Ireland. He will join WKN REIT Management on 16 June 2014.

Mr Edwards-Moss joins from Credit Suisse, where he has had nine years of investment banking experience with a particular focus on corporate finance in the real estate sector. He is a graduate of Cambridge University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2005.

Commenting on the appointment, Kevin Nowlan, CEO of WKN REIT Management said:
